Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Assistant Vice President Sales, based in Hyderabad. The role involves strategizing and implementing sales efforts, managing client relationships, and overseeing account management processes. Responsibilities also include leading a sales team, identifying and executing business development opportunities, and optimizing sales operations to achieve revenue growth and organizational goals. The Assistant Vice President Sales will work to expand the company's market presence and nurture long-term partnerships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Skills in Account Management, including maintaining and enhancing client relationships
  • Experience in Sales Operations and process optimization for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Strong capabilities in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage sales teams effectively
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills to drive client and team success
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Prior experience in the education or training sector is a plus
