About the role:

We're on the hunt for a highly creative and strategically-minded Campaign Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how our client campaigns connect with their target audiences and achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with and coordinate across multiple Instagram handles to manage and monitor ongoing campaigns
  • Align content and posting schedules based on client feedback and approvals
  • Be occasionally available after office hours for urgent campaign requirements or last-minute changes
  • Scrape and analyze data from campaign performance to prepare detailed reports at the end of each campaign
  • Develop campaign plans tailored to client goals, audiences, and platforms
  • Maintain clear documentation of campaign timelines, deliverables, and feedback

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, data organization, basic analysis)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram trends, content formats, and audience behaviour
  • Familiarity with managing and analyzing social media accounts.
  • Comfortable with client communication, including taking briefs, giving updates, and handling feedback
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
