About the Role:
We're looking for a creative and energetic **Junior Graphic Designer** with a strong passion for **short-form video** and **social media reels**. In this role, you’ll work closely with our design and marketing teams to bring ideas to life through engaging visual content — especially for platforms like Instagram, facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create eye-catching short videos, reels, and motion graphics for social media.
- Design graphics, animations, and overlays to enhance video content.
- Collaborate with content strategists, marketers, and senior designers to align visuals with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on video trends, meme culture, and emerging editing styles.
- Edit raw video footage into polished, share-worthy content.
- Assist in developing concepts for video campaigns and creative assets.
- Manage and organize visual content libraries.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Understanding of social media platforms and what makes content go viral.
- Strong eye for aesthetics, color, and visual storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of video editing techniques, motion graphics, and typography.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and openness to feedback.
- Bonus: Experience with CapCut, Canva, or mobile-first editing apps.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with photography or directing short videos.
- Knowledge of trending audio, filters, and effects on social platforms.
