Function - FRC

Reporting to - Senior Manager Finance

Job Summary:

  • Bank Reconciliation and Customer Reconciliation.
  • Coordination with bank for day to day operation support
  • Month end closing, Audits and preparation of dashboard/MIS.
  • Process improvement and automation.
  • Ensure to adhere SOP, TAT and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing Bank Reconciliation and arrange to close open items with respective stake holders
  • Coordination with bank account opening and signatory updation
  • Booking of bank charges, also reconcile the bank charges and PG charges as per agreement with partner
  • Publish the various open credit MIS related to bank open items
  • Follow-up and close the unidentified credit with bank, refund team & Ops team
  • Independently handling the various audits i.e. Statutory, Internal, ICFR, IRDA.
  • Independently handling monthly end closing activity with accuracy.
  • Creating collection in financial system basis on the requirement.
  • Identify the process improvement and automation opportunities and drive for closure.

External: Banks, Partners & Auditors

Measures Of Success :

  • Completion of work within timelines with accuracy
  • Feedback from supervisor, user department and suppliers.
  • Process improvement & Automation.

Qualification & Experience:

B.Com pass

3-4 years of experience from any industries

Key Competencies & Skills Required

  • Proficiency on working in MS - Office (High on Excel and Word)
  • Strong knowledge of Account receivable and Reconciliation
  • Demonstrate self-discipline & good time management.
  • Self-starter & can work on multiple projects under pressure.
  • Maintain a habit of continuous learning & take responsibility for the development of ones own skills,.
  • Set annual personal & professional goals & measure performance against them.

Note: We require apprentice for the finance department who are a B.com/ M.com graduate.
