Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Executive/Sr. executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms (such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platform ad dashboards, strong analytical skills, and a proven record of delivering ROI-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Quick Commerce portals.

· Manage daily campaign operations including budget allocation, bid adjustments, keyword optimization, and ad placements.

· Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, ACOS, ROAS, and sales growth, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

· Identify trends and insights to improve performance and achieve business goals.

· Coordinate with account managers from marketplaces for campaign strategy and new opportunities.

· Stay updated on new ad formats, policies, and promotional opportunities across platforms.

· Work closely with the sales and supply teams to ensure inventory alignment with ad campaigns.

· Support brand visibility initiatives and assist in planning seasonal sale campaigns and launch promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.

· 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce campaign management or performance marketing.

· Hands-on experience managing ads on Amazon, Flipkart and Quick Commerce Ads portals.

· Strong understanding of PPC, display, sponsored ads, and in-app promotions.
