Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for non-technical roles. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying talent for domains such as sales, marketing, HR, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, retail, hospitality, finance, and other non-IT / Light Industrial functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks
- Conduct preliminary screening, evaluate candidates' skills, and assess cultural fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
- Manage offer negotiation, reference checks, and onboarding activities
- Maintain records of all hiring activities and candidate data in ATS systems
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future openings
- Ensure smooth communication and a positive experience for candidates
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Proven experience (1–2.5 years) in non-technical recruitment on W2
- Strong understanding of various Light Industrial and non-IT job roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle high-volume hiring
- Familiarity with Ceipal.
