Job Title: US IT Recruiter/ Sr. IT Recruiter Location: H-182, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India Job Type: Full-Time Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Monday – Friday) Company: Spear Staffing Pvt Ltd About Us: Spear Staffing is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Noida office as US IT Recruiters. This full-time position offers a fixed shift schedule, ensuring stability and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: - Source and recruit candidates for IT roles in the United States. - Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications. - Use various recruitment methods (e.g., online job boards like DICE, MONSTER) to attract talent. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles. - Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Assist in job offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process.
