HR & Admin Executive

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for creative, digital, and marketing roles (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll data and coordinating with accounts for salary disbursement.
- Manage employee performance tracking and support appraisal processes.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and team events.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and ensure a professional work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor management.
- Manage travel arrangements, office logistics, and general administrative tasks.
- Support the management in coordinating meetings, documentation, and communication.
- Maintain confidentiality of HR and company information.
- Ensure the office environment reflects the creative and professional ethos of the agency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
