About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic HR, Admin & Accounts Assistant to join our team. This is a multi-functional role where you'll support human resources, office administration, and basic accounting. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Human Resources
Assist with recruitment: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires
Track attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities
Administration
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
Maintain office facilities and liaise with service providers
Accounts
Record daily financial transactions (invoices, receipts, payments)
Assist in preparing monthly expense reports and reconciliations
Support payroll processing in coordination with HR
Maintain petty cash and monitor office expenses
Assist in preparing data for audits and statutory filings
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or accounts support
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of accounting software is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
