About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic HR, Admin & Accounts Assistant to join our team. This is a multi-functional role where you'll support human resources, office administration, and basic accounting. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Human Resources

  • Assist with recruitment: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases

  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires

  • Track attendance, leave, and payroll inputs

  • Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities

Administration

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships

  • Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events

  • Maintain office facilities and liaise with service providers

Accounts

  • Record daily financial transactions (invoices, receipts, payments)

  • Assist in preparing monthly expense reports and reconciliations

  • Support payroll processing in coordination with HR

  • Maintain petty cash and monitor office expenses

  • Assist in preparing data for audits and statutory filings

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or accounts support

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of accounting software is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
