HR & Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, digital, client servicing, and support roles.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks aligned with agency culture.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and training programs for new employees.
- Conduct performance appraisals and ensure timely feedback and career development discussions.
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, retention, and welfare activities.
Administration:
- Supervise daily office operations
- Oversee procurement of office supplies, IT assets, and creative materials.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.) in coordination with consultants.
- Support management in budgeting and cost control related to admin and HR functions.
- Coordinate travel, events, and agency-level celebrations or meetings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
