Job description:

Position: Customer Support Executive

Location: Bhubaneswar (Work from Office)

Job Type: Full-time

ONLY male

Work Schedule

  • Shift: 9 hours/day (including breaks)
  • Working Days: 6 days/week (rotational)
  • Week Off: Rotational
  • Cab Facility: Not provided

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve queries effectively while maintaining first-call resolution standards.
  • Provide accurate and updated information on the process.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the system.

Requirements

  • Experience: Prior BPO experience preferred.
  • Experience Certificate: Mandatory for experienced candidates.
  • Education: Graduate/Undergraduate candidates may apply.

Skills Required

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Good problem-solving ability and proactive approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹16,000.00 per month
