Job Description:

​Are you a technical problem-solver with a passion for helping people use technology to its full potential? We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to join our team.

​In this role, you will be a critical part of our IT infrastructure, providing expert-level support and administration for our cloud-based collaboration and productivity tools. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing security and efficiency improvements.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Administration & Support: Administer and maintain our Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.) and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) environments.

​Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to user access, email flow, application functionality, and collaboration tools.

​User Management: Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions across both platforms, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and security group management.

​Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies, including Conditional Access, MFA, and DLP, to protect our data and ensure compliance.

​Project Work: Participate in and lead projects such as platform migrations, feature rollouts, and new application integrations.

​Documentation & Training: Create and maintain technical documentation and provide guidance and training to end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of the platforms.

​Scripting: Utilize PowerShell and other scripting tools to automate administrative tasks and improve efficiency.

​Required Skills and Qualifications:

​Proven experience as an administrator or support engineer for both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

​In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace administration console.

​Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Azure AD.

​Experience with user management and identity services (Active Directory, Azure AD, AD Connect).

​Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.

​Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

​Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Google Workspace Administrator) are a plus.

​Experience with ticket management systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
