Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the COOs calendar: schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Screen calls, emails, and visitors; prioritize and respond on behalf of the COO when appropriate.
  • Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes, and action points.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support with presentations, reports, and briefs for internal and external meetings.
  • Draft and review internal communications, reports, and emails on behalf of the COO.
  • Plan and manage travel itineraries for property visits, conferences, or investor meetings.
  • Organize offsite events, team meetings, or corporate gatherings.
  • Personal Assistance to COO
  • MIS Reporting

Preferred candidate profile

  • Stong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology, workflows, and compliance is a major plus.
