Job Summary:

CricClubs is a leading platform for cricket league management and live streaming offering comprehensive solutions for managing local, regional, and national cricket leagues. As the official on-ground scoring partner for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024, CricClubs is at the forefront of the cricket technology revolution, enabling leagues and fans to connect with the sport like never before.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive lead-generation activities and contribute to the company's growth and revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with potential clients.

Compensation:
As per the market standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
  • Generate leads through multiple channels, including Cold Calling, Cold Emailing and LinkedIn and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and qualify them as potential customers. Gather relevant information and assess the fit between the prospect's requirements and CricClubs solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including key decision-makers and influencers. Continuously engage with prospects through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market dynamics.
  • Utilize the company's CRM system to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry to facilitate effective reporting and analysis.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, sales forecasts, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
