Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Kolkata
Salary: INR 13,000 – INR 16,000 per month
Role Overview:
The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily office operations, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized work environment.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and internal communication.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
- Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support HR and administrative tasks such as onboarding and documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with office procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience as an Office Coordinator or in administrative roles
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Professional demeanor with problem-solving capability.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13, ₹16,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
