Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mall/facility, ensuring smooth functioning of all technical and non-technical services.
  • Supervise and coordinate with engineering, maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams to maintain operational excellence.
  • Ensure effective management of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, DG sets, elevators, and fire safety equipment.
  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
  • Monitor AMC contracts, vendor performance, and facility maintenance budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory compliance, and energy efficiency norms.
  • Coordinate with tenants and internal teams for technical assistance, fit-out approvals, and operational requirements.
  • Manage annual maintenance budgets, verify vendor bills, and support the accounts team in operational cost control.
  • Prepare and review daily/weekly operational reports and recommend improvements.
  • Drive initiatives for sustainability, energy saving, and waste management within the facility.
  • Handle emergency situations effectively and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns or service complaints.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75, ₹90,000.00 per month
