Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Delivery
  • Plan, monitor, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Define project requirements, create detailed project plans, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, implementing corrective measures when needed.
  • Technical Oversight
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams across domains (SaaS, AI/ML, Data Analytics, etc.).
  • Review architecture, design, and code quality, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with architects and senior developers for solution design and technology choices.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with business leadership, product owners, and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and timelines effectively to stakeholders.
  • Act as the point of escalation for technical and delivery challenges.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor developers, QA engineers, and other team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance check-ins and provide feedback to ensure team growth.
  • Process & Quality
  • Implement agile/scrum practices across teams.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, version control practices, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    5–7 years in software development and project management, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong background in one or more: Web/Mobile development, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML solutions, or ERP/CRM integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks (e.g., Python, , React, .NET, Java, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
  • Project Management Skills:
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to manage distributed and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 is a plus.
  • Exposure to building/leading SaaS or AI-driven platforms is highly desirable.
  • Experience in working with startups or fast-paced environments.
