What You'll Do:

  • Concept & Copy:
    Write scroll-stopping ads, witty captions, crisp push notifications, and engaging campaign copy.
  • Brand Voice:
    Think, write, and breathe upliance's voice; playful, sharp, relatable.
  • Campaigns:
    Ideate, script, and execute creative campaigns that cut through the noise.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with design, product, and marketing to turn ideas into experiences.
  • Adaptability:
    Switch gears between short-form copy (ads, posts) and slightly longer storytelling (landing pages, newsletters) without losing the edge.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience:
    1-2 years in Copywriting/creative roles.
  • Creative Instincts:
    You can turn everyday pain points into thumb-stopping headlines.
  • Versatility:
    You know when to keep it punchy, when to add depth, and when to let it take the wheel.
  • Self-Starter Energy:
    You don't wait for briefs, you make them.
  • Curiosity:
    You get obsessed with culture, trends, memes, and can spin them into fresh campaigns.
  • Language Skills:
    Strong command of English.

Bonus Skills:

  • If you're comfortable with Hinglish and can capture everyday relatability.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
