Role Overview

The Senior Copywriter is a key member of the creative team responsible for

leading copy and scriptwriting across multiple campaigns. This role is crucial in

ensuring high-quality content that aligns with brand strategies and client

objectives. The candidate will collaborate closely with the creative department

and mentor junior copywriters.

Key Responsibilities

● Creative Leadership

○ Lead the copy and scriptwriting for multiple campaigns

simultaneously.

○ Deliver copy-first ideas that regularly earn award nominations.

○ Innovate copy-first, organic digital ideas for pitches and active

campaigns.

○ Act as the final authority on all copy-related matters within any

given campaign.

● Team Mentorship

○ Create growth plans for junior copywriters.

○ Mentor and guide copywriters to ensure high-quality creative output.

Skills & Requirements

Must-Have Skills

● Ability to write influencer scripts.

● Ability to write TVCs and DVCs.

● Proficiency in using ChatGPT or other AI tools to create organic,

user-generated copy.

● Crafting core positionings for brands and campaigns.

● Writing organic copy tailored to various social media platforms.

● Experience in writing copy and scripts across multiple genres

Good-to-Have Skills

● Strong portfolio with award-winning or award-nominated work.

● Familiarity with creative tools and collaborative software

Soft Skills

● Leading client communications.

● Mentoring and grooming junior copywriters.

● Creating concise and effective briefs.

● Signature style evident in copywriting.

● Availability round the clock, including weekends.

● Ability to accept feedback constructively and incorporate changes.

● Leadership capabilities to manage a team.

● Capacity to handle multiple campaigns with equal enthusiasm.

Experience & Background

● Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

● Mandatory: Proven experience in leading copy and scriptwriting across

campaigns.

● Industry Domains: Copywriting, Creative Strategy, Digital Marketing.
