We have openings for QAQC for our projects for the positions of AGM & DGM . Here are the detials:

For DGM:

Role & responsibilities :

  • Leading QA/QC Team of various projects of Construction, Testing and Commissioning.

  • Review submittal logs, schedules, monitor the status and follow up with concerned responsible for actions to avoid and prevent delays in execution due to lack of information and approvals, releasing quality certification.

  • Providing QA and QC for the civil engineering part including structural steel fabrication and installation, Electrical distribution system, Mechanical systems, firefighting systems, water distribution systems, lighting and grounding systems.

  • Serve as point of contact/liaison with third parties, sub-contractors and vendors for all quality related activities.

  • Keep track on the process /products nonconformities and their compliance & on compliance of resolutions adapted on customers complaints.

  • Lead the internal audit team and audit the projects with respect to ISO and established procedures.

Preferred candidate profile :

B.Tech/B.E. in Civil

20-30 Yrs in High-rise commercial & residential projects.

For AGM:

Role & responsibilities :

  • Responsible for maintaining quality records, processing data and prepares test and inspection reports.

  • Conducting periodic QMS audits and conducting management review meetings for ensuring the continual improvement of the processes.

  • Establishing work procedures for various construction activities. Implementation of SOPs.

  • Complete successfully ISO certification & surveillance audits.

  • Prepare Project Quality Plan and finalize methodology, activity specific check lists, special procedures etc.

  • Keep track on the process /products nonconformities and their compliance & on compliance of resolutions adapted on customers complaints.

  • Preferred candidate profile :

B.Tech/B.E. in Civil

15-20 Yrs in High-rise commercial & residential projects.
