Client M&G Global Services Private Limited

Exp:- 6 to 8 Years

Location:- Mumbai (Powai Area)

Mode Of Interview:- 2 Rounds (1st round Virtual and 2nd round F2F for Local Mumbai)

Work From Office- 3 Days in a week.

Max Notice Period:- Immediate to 2 Weeks

  • 6-7 years' experience in PMO support

  • Accurate, timely & effective status reporting: PMO needs to ensure the relevant stakeholders are kept informed on the project status by sharing weekly/fortnight reports. Also, he/she will have to publish any ad-hoc report as and when required
  • Maintain and update the Governance documents and seek signoff from the relevant LTs
  • Should manage project requests as per the project specific Tool and perform reporting with the help of the tool
  • Knowledge of frameworks like PMP, Agile, Prince 2
  • Project financial management work experience is a must
  • Strong Project Finance knowledge: Accruals, Forecasting, Budgeting, Actuals, Financial reports for projects
  • Aware of PM lifecycle and documents required to support
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Go getter attitude
  • Ready to work in UK shifts
  • Based in Mumbai

General Responsibilities:

  • To demonstrate a positive risk, compliance and control culture through the identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks and issues within the business area, alongside ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of control weaknesses, actions and failures that arise.
  • Compliance – To understand and adhere to M&G's Code of Conduct and, where appropriate, comply with all relevant regulatory policies. This includes completion of any mandatory training requirements.
