PMO (Seewoods)

As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO) team located in Seawood, Navi Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all PMO operations. You will be tasked with: - Monitoring and tracking projects to ensure timely execution and completion - Tracking project budgets and progress - Analyzing project data to identify areas for improvement In addition to the above, you will be required to: - Coordinate with vendors on project and resources activities - Conduct vendor performance reviews and verify SLA compliance - Validate estimations provided by internal and external stakeholders - Prepare project status reports for management review Your role will involve: - Coordinating with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status and progress - Generating analytical reports for senior management on vendor and project performance - Supporting risk identification, issue resolution, and escalation procedures - Ensuring governance and compliance processes are followed across all projects To excel in this position, you must have: - Strong oral and written communication skills - Proficiency in presentation - Knowledge of SDLC processes, project delivery and acceptance processes - Administration of project management frameworks, processes, and tools - Analytical abilities with effective metric tracking and reporting - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) - Working knowledge of SQL Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring in-person work at the Seawood, Navi Mumbai location.,
