Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Business Head at Shriram Green Finance,EV vertical located in Dibrugarh East. The Regional Business Head will be responsible for overseeing the business operations in the specified region, managing and driving sales targets, developing and implementing strategic plans, leading and mentoring a team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business operations, sales management, and strategic planning
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Dibrugarh East
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
