Urgent Search Service Head

Job Description The Service Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire service operations of the automobile division. The role includes ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining service quality standards, driving profitability, managing a large technical team, and coordinating closely with OEMs (Maruti Suzuki) to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and supervise the overall service department operations. Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to achieve customer satisfaction. Plan and implement strategies to improve workshop productivity and profitability. Monitor warranty claims, goodwill, and service-related documentation as per OEM standards. Manage and train service advisors, technicians, and support staff. Ensure compliance with company and OEM (Maruti Suzuki) policies, procedures, and quality standards. Analyze service performance metrics and take corrective actions to improve KPIs. Maintain strong coordination with spare parts, body shop, and sales departments. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution. Prepare regular reports and budgets for management review. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering. 1015 years of experience in automobile service operations (Maruti Suzuki experience preferred). Strong technical knowledge of vehicles, diagnostics, and service processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and DMS (Dealer Management Systems). Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates from Maruti Suzuki dealership background will be given preference. Proven track record in managing large service teams and achieving performance targets. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
