Duties and Responsibilities

  • Mainly, Telephone Operator and Receptionist.
  • Answer incoming calls with courteous and professional manner.
  • Transfer the calls to appropriate section/personnel
  • Dealing with enquiries on telephone and visitors in person
  • Other general administration duties as needed

Requirements

  • English and Hindi: Excellent speaking and writing skills.
  • Nationality: Indian
  • Under around 30 years of age.
  • Junior college degree holder graduate and beyond.

Employment Period

  • 2 Years including a 3 month probationary period. (The employment period can be renewed depending on work performance).

Starting Salary

INR 30,000(according to candidates qualifications and experience)

Type of Position

Full-time in Administration Section (Monday Friday schedule. The hours will be 9AM 5:30PM)
