Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Executive located in Navi Mumbai. As a Visa Executive at Embrace Earth Travels, you will be responsible for managing visa applications, coordinating with embassies and consulates, ensuring compliance with visa requirements, and providing support to travelers throughout the visa process.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing visa applications and coordinating with embassies and consulates
- Knowledge of visa requirements and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and visa processing software
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
