Duties and Responsibilities

  • Mainly, processing and issuing visa and dealing with enquiries about visa.
  • Dealing with enquiries, on telephone, e-mail and in person.
  • Processing and issuing Certificates, Passports, and official documents.
  • Acceptance of notification regarding family register and nationality
  • Providing other supports to Japanese nationals.
  • Maintaining the contacts with the Indian Government Authorities for assisting Japanese nationals.
  • General administration duties.

Requirements

  • Japanese: JLPT N2 or equivalent.
  • English: Excellent speaking and writing skills.
  • Nationality: Indian or Japanese with OCI card
  • Under around 35 years of age.
  • College graduate or equivalent

Employment Period

  • 2 Years including a 3 month probationary period. (The employment period can be renewed depending on work performance)

Starting Salary

  • INR 65,000(according to candidates qualifications and experience)

Type of Position

  • Full-time in Consular Section (Monday Friday schedule. The hours will be 9AM 5:30PM)

Start Date

  • 11/2025 (Tentative)
