Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts and Office Administrator to manage day-to-day accounting, administrative, and clerical functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and computer skills to ensure smooth office operations and accurate financial record keeping.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and expense tracking.
- Prepare and process vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly/quarterly reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors and support tax filing and compliance.
- Manage petty cash and monitor company expenses.
Office Administration Duties:
- Oversee general office operations, including correspondence, filing, and record management.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and service contracts.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support HR activities such as attendance tracking and maintaining employee records.
- Draft letters, emails, and internal communications professionally.
Communication & Computer Skills:
- Communicate effectively with management, staff, clients, and vendors.
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and visitors courteously and professionally.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) efficiently.
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure data confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
