Accounts and Office Administrator

Location: Ramamurthy Nagar

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts and Office Administrator to manage day-to-day accounting, administrative, and clerical functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and computer skills to ensure smooth office operations and accurate financial record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare and process vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support tax filing and compliance.
  • Manage petty cash and monitor company expenses.

Office Administration Duties:

  • Oversee general office operations, including correspondence, filing, and record management.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and service contracts.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support HR activities such as attendance tracking and maintaining employee records.
  • Draft letters, emails, and internal communications professionally.

Communication & Computer Skills:

  • Communicate effectively with management, staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and visitors courteously and professionally.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) efficiently.
  • Manage digital filing systems and ensure data confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
