Job Title:Sales leader/Sales Head (India & APAC)

Location:Bengaluru, India (SJR I Park, Whitefield, Bengaluru)

Job Summary:

KR Elixir Technology is seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across our IT services portfolio in India and APAC region. This hybrid role is suited for a highly experienced professional who excels in owning the full sales cycle from lead generation and relationship building to closing and account expansion.

This role will focus on 70% new business acquisition (hunting) and 30% account management and expansion (farming) across domains such as Data Analytics, Cloud Infrastructure, Data Centers, Software Engineering, and IT Staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Sales Ownership Own the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Create and manage a qualified pipeline of enterprise accounts aligned with business objectives.
  • Deliver high-impact client presentations, RFP responses, and commercial proposals.
  • New Business Development (70%) Identify and engage new enterprise prospects in target sectors (Finance, Retail, Telecom, etc.).
  • Develop outbound strategies to generate new business leads through cold outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal presales and delivery teams to shape winning solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Account Farming & Relationship Growth (30%) Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in existing accounts to uncover cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by acting as the main point of contact and escalation.
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive client engagement and delivery alignment.
  • Strategic Sales Enablement Maintain CRM hygiene, update sales dashboards, and provide accurate forecasting reports.
  • Track market trends, competitive landscape, and client priorities to inform strategic sales decisions.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership to enhance brand presence and positioning in India & APAC.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • B. Tech/B.E. or/and MBA/PGDM with 15-22 years of total experience with relevant experience in IT services sales & business Development.
  • Proven ability to own the full sales cycle and consistently meet/exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling across Data Analytics, Cloud Infrastructure, Data Centers, Software Engineering, and IT Staffing.
  • Demonstrated success in both hunting and farming within complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required in a hybrid working model.
