Senior Engineer – Quality (Process Quality)
for our Injection Moulding division.

Experience Required:
5–7 Years (Injection Moulding)

Salary:
₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (CTC per month)

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Process Control and Top Defect Analysis
  • Conducting Red Bin Meetings & implementing Action Plans at shop floor
  • Sound understanding of Automotive Quality Systems (IATF 16949, ISO, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Problem-Solving Tools (7 QC Tools, Why-Why Analysis, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, etc.)
  • Good analytical and communication skills

Job Description (JD):

  • Ensure adherence to process quality standards in injection moulding operations
  • Identify, analyze, and control top recurring defects to improve process stability
  • Conduct Red Bin analysis, lead defect review meetings, and ensure timely closure of corrective & preventive actions
  • Monitor and control process parameters to ensure consistent quality output
  • Implement automotive quality systems and ensure compliance with customer requirements
  • Drive problem-solving activities using structured methodologies (8D, FMEA, etc.)
  • Support internal audits and customer audits by providing necessary process quality documentation
  • Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and R&D teams for quality improvement initiatives
  • Prepare quality reports, MIS, and present findings to management for decision making
