Smodi Infrasteel, a leading name in the PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) industry, is looking for an experienced **Project Coordinator** to join our dynamic team at our Bahadurgarh plant. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and adherence to budgets.
- **Schedule Management**: Create and manage project timelines, including setting deadlines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams (design, production, site engineering) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, suppliers) to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- **Client Liaison**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are met and addressing any concerns promptly.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of project-related documentation, such as contracts, change orders, progress reports, and financial records. Provide regular project updates to senior management.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, working to resolve them before they impact timelines or project quality.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor the project’s adherence to quality standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project coordination, specifically in the **PEB** or **steel fabrication** industry.
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- **Location**: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bahadurgarh, Haryana.
