Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Vadodara. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, leading negotiations, managing a team of sales executives, and analyzing market trends to identify potential for expansion. The Sales Manager will also be required to collaborate with different teams, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall strategy of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Team leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team
- Experience in analyzing market trends and developing strategic plans
- Knowledge of the food delivery or quick commerce industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Flexibility to work on-site and travel locally as required
