Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive UPS sales in the Baroda region. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and achieve sales targets by effectively selling UPS products and related services to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales through proactive field sales activities.
  • Identify potential customers in industrial, commercial, IT, and retail segments.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to expand sales opportunities.
  • Promote and sell UPS products, accessories, and warranties.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet/exceed revenue targets.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with customers, key decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos at customer premises.
  • Understand customer power backup requirements and recommend suitable UPS solutions.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale for service, installation, and support coordination.

Sales Support & Reporting

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, service, logistics) to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Handle customer queries, negotiations, quotations, and proposals.
  • Maintain CRM records and update customer database regularly.

Market & Brand Development

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.
  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the product team.
  • Promote brand visibility in the Baroda market.

Required Skills & Qualifications
