Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Pune. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing excellent customer service, supporting sales processes, and assisting with customer inquiries and issues. Daily tasks include building relationships with customers, conducting follow-up calls, providing product or service information, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills
  • Ability to conduct Training and provide product or service information
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing role is beneficial
