Manager - HR & Admin

- Create and implement HR policies and processes suitable for our growing company
- Plan and lead recruitment across departments and locations
- Design KRAs, roles, and appraisal systems for each department
- Supervise HR Executive and coordinate with all department heads
- Maintain employee records, joining and exit processes
- Organize employee engagement, training, and internal communication
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and culture building in the team
- Prepare monthly HR reports and submit to directors
- Support management in future branch hiring and planning
- Leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Good command over MS Office and email communication
- Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
- Note : Only Female Candidate Required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
