About the Company

SEO Skyers is a digital marketing agency supporting Canadian clients across different service industries. We are expanding our remote team and hiring experienced performance marketers based in India who can work in PST hours.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns focused on local lead generation for service-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Local) and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Manage lead generation funnels for local Canadian industries
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
  • Write ad copies and coordinate on creatives
  • Track performance daily and share reports
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve conversions

Required Skills

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of local lead generation
  • Experience with service-based niches (plumbing, immigration, HVAC, home services, etc.)
  • Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Comfortable working full-time in PST hours
