About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy Meta Ads Manager to lead performance-driven campaigns for our diverse brand portfolio, including Savitar Realty, GoGoTrips, HotelXplore, TrustXplore, and our upcoming digital products. This role is perfect for a marketer who lives for data, thrives on optimization, and knows how to scale budgets effectively while maintaining a high ROAS.
You will be the architect of our digital growth, turning complex data into high-quality leads and scalable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions.
- Full-Funnel Strategy: Design and manage sophisticated campaign structures, including audience segmentation, bidding strategies, placement optimization, and multi-stage retargeting funnels.
- Creative Strategy: Develop the creative direction for ads—writing compelling copy, identifying "hooks," and collaborating on UGC/static asset ideas to improve CTR and CPL.
- Technical Integration: Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixels, Conversion API (CAPI), and Custom Events to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor daily performance, identify bottlenecks, and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights (ROAS, CPL, CPM, etc.).
- Competitor Research: Conduct deep-dive research on competitors and industry trends to keep our brands ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Work with developers to optimize landing pages and with the creative team to align social content with ad performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Meta Mastery: Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager with a proven track record in Real Estate, Travel, or E-commerce.
- Analytical Prowess: Ability to build and interpret analytical dashboards; obsession with metrics like CPL, ROAS, LTV, and Attribution.
- High-Ticket Experience: Proven experience running high-budget, high-ticket campaigns (e.g., Luxury Real Estate or International Travel).
- Creative Eye: A solid understanding of what makes a "scroll-stopping" creative for social media.
- Accountability: Ability to manage large budgets with high responsibility and transparent reporting.
- Tools: Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
