Designation - Manager / Sr. Manager - HR Analytics

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities
:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to workforce demographics, talent acquisition, performance, learning, compensation, and retention.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards, and reports for leadership teams.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce trends, turnover, productivity, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify analytics needs and deliver solutions.
  • Build predictive models (e.g., attrition risk, hiring demand, succession planning) to support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Support HR technology optimization (HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll systems) for enhanced reporting and analytics.
  • Benchmark HR metrics against industry standards to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT teams for cross-functional data projects.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, or Workforce Planning (experience level depends on the position level).
  • Demonstrated experience with HR data reporting, visualization, and predictive modeling.
