Business Analyst Intern

Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to support our team in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and assisting in delivering data-driven solutions. The intern will work closely with senior analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gain hands-on experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
  • Support in preparing business process models, workflow diagrams, and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and propose solutions.
  • Conduct research and market analysis to support business strategies.
  • Assist in creating presentations, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements.
  • Learn and work with tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis/reporting tools.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Interest in data analysis, business processes, and IT systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
