Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and data-driven decision-making. The role involves working closely with cross-

functional teams to support business processes and contribute to project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights.

Support in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel/PowerPoint.

Collaborate with different teams (Operations, IT, HR, Sales, etc.) to understand business needs.Help prepare process flow diagrams, user stories, and project documentation.

Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Management, or related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Word, and PowerPoint.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Jira (added advantage).
