As a Channel Partner Regional Manager, your role involves developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and expand market reach. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute a strategic channel partner sales plan to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. - Identify and recruit new channel partners, such as educational institutions, educational consultants, corporate training providers, and industry associations. - Onboard new channel partners and build strong relationships with existing partners by providing support, training, and resources to maximize sales opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and support channel partner initiatives. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to channel partners to drive continuous improvement and accountability. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for partnership expansion and innovation. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Proven track record of success in channel partner sales, preferably in the education sector. - Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders. - Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales and business development. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Willingness to travel as required to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.,
