Job description:
The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
Responsibilities-:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions across channels, including paid media campaigns on social media platforms, Google Ads, and SMS marketing.
Drive performance on online aggregators, delivery platforms, and the B2C website through strategic partnerships, promotions, and listing optimization.
Manage and execute PR campaigns, influencer outreach, and media engagement to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns including ATL (Above The Line), BTL (Below The Line), and TTL (Through The Line) strategies.
Organize and lead marketing activations, brand events, and new product or brand launches across digital and physical platforms.
Manage POS integrations and coordinate digital updates for menus and store systems, ensuring smooth store launches with tailored marketing strategies.
Oversee brand presence across social media and the company website, including content planning, community engagement, and performance tracking.
Lead go-to-market strategies for new store openings with tailored local and digital marketing plans.
Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking across product lines, pricing, and brand visibility—both online and offline—to guide marketing and business decisions.
Create compelling marketing content and brand collateral across digital and offline touchpoints, including ad copy, blogs, flyers, menu design, and integrated campaign messaging.
Continuously monitor and evaluate marketing efforts to ensure alignment with business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications-:
* Candidates from the F&B/Hotel/Restaurants industry only to apply.
* Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in online and offline.
* BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
* Excellent writing and communication skills
* Knowledge of HTML 5/Wordpress and web development.
