Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative content that align with brand goals, marketing objectives, and customer insights.
  • Partner with the business, marketing, design, and content teams to create campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
  • Analyse audience behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for impactful campaigns
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to ensure creative assets are optimized for reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Track, measure, and evaluate creative campaign effectiveness; refine strategies based on data and feedback.
  • Leverage AI-based tools for static and video creative generation, experimenting with new formats to scale creative output efficiently.

Required Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, English Literature, or a related field.- Communication Design Courses
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven creative tools (for both static visuals and video)
  • Exceptional skills in creative ideation, copywriting, and concept development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
