Position Overview

The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and communication plans that enhance brand visibility, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and drive business growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in integrated marketing, brand management, digital strategy, and corporate communications.

  • Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
  • Manage annual marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.

Brand Management

  • Lead brand positioning, identity, and messaging across all channels.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice and visuals in all marketing materials and communications.
  • Oversee production of creative assets including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee digital campaigns including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Drive website traffic, engagement, and conversions through data-driven initiatives.
  • Monitor analytics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.

Corporate Communications & PR

  • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies.
  • Manage media relations, press releases, and crisis communication when necessary.
  • Collaborate with leadership for executive communications and thought leadership content.

Events & Campaigns

  • Plan and manage corporate events, webinars, and sponsorships.
  • Drive product launches and brand campaigns end-to-end.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing and communications team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and HR teams to align messaging and objectives.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic thinking with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Proven experience managing agencies and vendors.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or corporate communications.
  • Experience in manufacturing industries will be plus.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Coral Draw etc software.
