We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator to support the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) account and assist in executing integrated marketing, trade, and PR initiatives for one of Asia’s most dynamic destinations.
You’ll work closely with senior team members to plan, coordinate, and deliver multi-channel campaigns — spanning trade partnerships, media collaborations, influencer engagement, and event activations — while helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Marketing Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of travel trade, consumer, and PR campaigns.
- Account Support: Liaise with overseas clients and internal teams via email, reports, and virtual/in-person meetings.
- Event Management: Support the organization of roadshows, media events, and travel missions across India.
- Digital & Social Media: Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support paid social, influencer, and content campaigns.
- Content & Communication: Assist in drafting e-newsletters, social content, reports, and presentations.
- Partnership Development: Help identify and manage collaborations with airlines, OTAs, travel agents, and brand partners.
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain trackers, collate campaign data, and assist in preparing performance reports.
- Market Intelligence: Research competitor activity, market trends, and consumer insights to support strategic planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred (travel, hospitality, marketing, or PR). Fresh graduates with excellent aptitude and communication skills may also apply.
- Digital Competence: Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and CRM tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English; confident in drafting client communication.
- Organization: Strong multitasking, time management, and coordination skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Travel: Willingness to travel for events or client engagements as needed.
