Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordination Executive to support our marketing operations team. The role involves close coordination between the Marketing Team, Head Office, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of business activities, data management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Marketing Staff across regions to collect and consolidate operational requirements.
  • Act as a link between Marketing and internal departments such as Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Regulatory teams for seamless communication.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers related to marketing operations.
  • Support in preparation and updation of price lists, discount structures, and promotional material data.
  • Monitor marketing activity status and follow up for timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist in budget tracking, expense monitoring, and vendor coordination for marketing events or activities.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports and data to management.
  • Handle data analysis to support decision-making and strategy implementation.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Any Graduate (preferably Commerce / Management background).
  • Gender: Male/ Female

  • Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, Dashboards, etc.).

  • Knowledge of MS PowerPoint and ERP systems (added advantage).

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.

  • Attention to detail with analytical thinking.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive work attitude.
