We're looking for an
Influencer Marketing Associate
who lives and breathes digital culture — someone who understands the power of creators, knows how to find the right voices, and can turn collaborations into conversations that matter.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Strategy & Execution

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Build data-driven influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives and audience insights.
  • Support in developing campaign briefs, creative hooks, and content calendars.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand teams.
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and pricing while ensuring creative quality.
  • Coordinate contracts, content approvals, and campaign tracking end-to-end.

Campaign Performance & Reporting

  • Track influencer deliverables, engagement metrics, and ROI through analytics tools.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports highlighting performance, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Suggest optimization strategies for future campaigns based on data insights.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the strategy, design, and social-media teams to ensure messaging consistency.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, creator movements, and viral formats relevant to brand campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    influencer marketing, creator relations, or digital campaign management
    (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of
    social media trends, influencer metrics, and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with tracking tools (e.g., Heepsy, Upfluence, Sprinklr, Excel/Sheets).
