Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Influencer Marketer Associate at CareerBloc. The Influencer Marketer Associate will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with influencers, planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, and monitoring their performance. Additional responsibilities include managing social media marketing initiatives, coordinating with PR strategies, and supporting sales efforts to ensure campaign success and brand visibility. This role offers an opportunity to drive impactful marketing initiatives while working closely with the team and clients.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Public Relations skills

Experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing

Knowledge and understanding of Sales and business development strategies

Proficiency in identifying key influencers and creating impactful campaigns

Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Prior experience in influencer or digital marketing is a plus

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to drive successful marketing initiatives
