Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in driving business growth through strategic management of sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in B2B sales, territory management, and customer engagement, with a focus on expanding our market presence across various sectors. As a key member of our sales team, you will manage accounts, generate leads, and execute technical sales strategies to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for B2B and territory-specific markets to increase revenue streams.
  • Manage existing client accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits tailored to their needs.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM software tools.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status within CRM systems.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure favorable terms while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness efforts.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning for strategic planning.
  • Manage territory assignments effectively by planning visits and outreach efforts to maximize coverage and sales potential.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or technical sales within B2B environments.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to oversee account portfolios and territory operations.
  • Expertise in business development, lead generation, and direct sales techniques including cold calling and product demos.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and managing customer data.
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell products or services effectively.
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, sales metrics, and customer feedback for strategic decision-making.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging clients through presentations, meetings, and written correspondence.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
