Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new B2B leads through research, outreach, and strategic prospecting.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial contact to deal closure.
- Conduct compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Handle objections with confidence and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to align on client feedback and needs.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and customer pain points.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
